TR Construction was contracted by Prairie Construction to help with the build of the Miller Park Maintenance Building for the Department of Parks, Rec. and Public Property for the city of Omaha.

This project was constructed during the summer of 2022.

TR’s scope of work included cast-in-place concrete, structural concrete, concrete flatwork, rain guardian bunker installation, and an energy dissipater installation.

At completion in September 2022, TR Construction placed 12,300 square feet of concrete paving, 2,200 square feet of sidewalks, 63 cubic yards of stoop and continuous footings, and 2,500 sf of concrete slab work.
