TR Construction was contracted by D.R. Anderson Construction to help build a new Fire Station at 3404 Q Street for the City of Omaha. The new fire station has an 8,200 square foot truck apparatus bay with four drive lanes, 9,000 square feet of living space, and sleeping quarters.

The Omaha Fire Station #31 project started in July of 2021. TR Construction’s scope of work on the project included building foundations, cast-in-place walls, building floor slabs, concrete paving, colored concrete patios, and sidewalks.

At completion in June of 2022 TR Construction had placed 530 cubic yards of foundation concrete, 60 cubic yards of cast-in-place wall concrete, 17,200 square feet of building flatwork, 36,000 square feet of paving, and 3,700 square feet of colored concrete patios and sidewalks.
